However, whilst every effort is made to reduce the risk of cross-contamination in our restaurants, we cannot guarantee and make no warranty that any of our dishes are free from allergens and therefore we cannot accept any liability in this respect. Guests with severe allergies are advised to assess their own level of risk and consume dishes at their own risk.

 

The information provided on our website and in our restaurants should NOT be considered as any form of guarantee but as a best-faith effort to provide you with information on our dishes. You should use this information to help you assess your own level of risk, based on your personal circumstances, before eating any of our dishes.

 

The allergen information we provide is specifically related to the dishes we make at The Grill Restaurants and in response to enquiries into special dietary requirements and our ingredients.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

 

Gift cards and gift e-vouchers are available to order online via www.thegrillrestaurant.com/vouchers. Note the gift cards will need to be picked up from one of our branches of your choice.

 

When purchasing a gift card or a gift e-voucher, you will receive confirmation of this purchase via email within 6 working hours of placing the order. If you have not received a confirmation email after 6 hours please check any spam or junk folders. In the case that you do not receive a confirmation please call any of our branches and ask to speak to the manager and they will assist you.

 

The gift e-voucher will be delivered to the recipient via email within twenty-four hours of placing the order. If they have not received their gift e-voucher after twenty-four hours please ask them to check any spam or junk folders. In the case that they do not receive their gift e-voucher please call any of our branches and ask to speak to the manager and they will assist you.

 

The gift card or e-voucher will expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Please ensure you keep your receipt as proof of purchase in case of any queries.

 

The gift card or e-voucher is valid for use in The Grill Restaurants and can be used against the purchase of food, drink and our merchandise only.

 

The gift card or e-voucher may not be exchanged for cash and no cash change will be provided. If the restaurant bill or Online Store totals less than the value of the gift amount, any balance will remain on the gift card or e-voucher and will be redeemable against future visits until the date of expiry. Change in the form of currency or credit or debit cards cannot be provided.

 

The Grill Restaurants cannot accept responsibility for lost gift vouchers or e-voucher codes.

SPECIAL OFFERS

Only one promotion/special offer will be accepted at any one time unless stated otherwise. This also includes group bookings and when groups are paying separately/individually. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the management reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion/special offer without prior notice. On arrival kindly confirm with our team. We may change our published prices at any time with or without notice. At certain times of the year, our standard prices may not be valid or restricted. From time to time we may advertise and publish promotional prices and special offers, together with restrictions that will apply. Such offers are always subject to availability and will only apply to certain limited days or times and may be withdrawn at any time with or without notice. We cannot guarantee that any specific products/dishes will be available or in stock for when you arrive even if you have made a reservation. If any matters arising from any of our campaigns are not covered under the terms and conditions set out, shall be determined by The Grill Stratford. 

 

COMPETITION AND PRIZE DRAWS

 

Unless otherwise stated, our competitions and prize draws are organised by The Grill Restaurants ltd.

Entrants of competitions or prize draw agree and accept the terms and conditions of the relevant competition or prize draw as well as these general terms and conditions.

 

Only one entry per person is permitted for each competition or prize draw unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the relevant competition or prize draw.

 

Our competitions and prize draws are open to all residents in the UK over the age of 18 unless stated otherwise in the terms and conditions of the relevant competition or prize draw but are closed to any employees (and members of their families and households) of The Grill Restaurants or associated companies and of any co-promoters, competition or prize draw sponsors, prize providers and any of their associated companies.

 

Competition and prize draw entries must be made in the manner specified in the terms and conditions of the relevant competition or prize draw and must be received by the closing date stated therein.

 

By entering into a competition or prize draw, you agree that your name and general place of residence may be made public if you win and if the relevant competition or prize draw includes submitting any images, photographs or footage that may be used for any purpose by The Grill Restaurants and/or its associated companies and/or any co-promoters, competition or prize draw sponsors, prize providers and any of their associated companies.

 

No responsibility will be accepted for entries which we do not receive for any reason. Incomplete or late entries will be disqualified.

The Grill Restaurants its associated companies and any co-promoters, competition or prize draw sponsors, prize providers and any of their associated companies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Grill Restaurants its associated companies and any co-promoters, competition or prize draw sponsors, prize providers and any of their associated companies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

The prize must be taken as offered. No cash equivalent or other alternative prizes are available unless specified.

The prize is non-transferable. We or the relevant prize provider as applicable reserve the right to substitute the prize of an equivalent value should the prize or any part of the prize become unavailable for any reason.

 

If the winner cannot be contacted or is not able to accept the prize within 28 days of the relevant competition or prize draw’s closing date, then we reserve the right to award the prize to another participant.

 

We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time, or to cancel, alter or amend the competition or prize draw at any stage should it be necessary.

ONLINE ORDERING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This company operates the website www.thegrillrestaurant.com. The company trades as The Grill Stratford at 38 Romford Road, Stratford, London, E15 4BZ.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order online. You may order Products online directly from us via the Website if you wish to collect your Products from the restaurant or if you wish to dine in with us. You may also order Products by phone for collection or dine-in.

​

You should check all the information that you enter and correct any errors before submitting your order, as once your order is submitted, we will begin processing it immediately and you may not be able to correct any errors.

​

Your collection time will be set out during the order process. If you do not collect your order within 45 minutes of your collection time, your Products will be disposed of and you will not receive a refund.

​

The prices for the Products and if applicable and services are set out on the order online Website and are inclusive of VAT.

​

Please note that you do not have a right to cancel any contract for Products under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulation 2013.

You may request that your order is cancelled or changed after it has been submitted, but this will only be possible before the restaurant has received the order. This can be done by contacting the restaurant. No refund will be permissible if the attempt to cancel is made after the restaurant has received the Order.

If you cancel or change your order, your original payment will still be processed. Where you are eligible for a refund, you can obtain this by contacting our restaurant. We will process refunds within ten working days.

​

You have legal rights in relation to Products that are not as described, faulty or otherwise not fit for purpose. If you believe that any Products that you have ordered do not conform with these Terms, please contact our restaurant to discuss a replacement or refund.

If due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to fulfil your order, we will refund the value of the Product(s) that we were unable to fulfil and, if the full Order is cancelled, any delivery and service charges. You may obtain a refund by contacting our restaurant.
